Admitted to practice in 1995, I have successfully defended patients who use marijuana for medical purposes, as well as patient collectives and cooperatives in our State & Federal Courts.

The mission of my practice is to empower individuals who use marijuana for medical purposes to conduct their lives free from fear of prosecution, and to work with Local, State & Federal authorities as a diplomatic liason in order to ensure that my clients may enjoy the protections that they are entitled to as beneficial members of the communities where they work, live and play.
